Race Information
The 19th Annual Lakeland Bi-Tri Classic is three races in one. At 8:00 am the adult
duathlon starts. At 8:10 a.m. the adult triathlon starts and joins the duathlon during
the bike and final run segments. After the adult races are completed, about 10:00 a.m.,
the youth triathlon starts. In addition to individual competition, both triathlon events
include team divisions. All this takes place in beautiful Lakeland Park and controlled
county roads for the adult biking.



Adult Races
Individual $45 through July 28; $55 July 29 through race day.
Adult Team $66 through July 28; $75 July 29 through race day.

Five year age divisions beginning at 15-19 and ending 65 & over

GRAHAM HEALTH SYSTEM 5K
The first ever Graham Health System 5K road race and 1 Mile Walk/Run presented by the Canton Park District and WBYS Radio will be held at 8:00am on September 18, 2010. The race will begin and end at Wallace Park (250 S. Avenue D).

HOW TO REGISTER: You can register online or download, print, and mail in a registration form.

TIMING & RESULTS: Timing will be provided by the Canton Park District. As runners cross the finish line volunteers will pull the tag from the bottom of the race bib number. Results will be posted on this website and may also be mailed to each participant.

ENTRY FEES: The entry fee for both the 5K road race and the 1 mile run/walk is $20.00 until September 10th at 5:00pm. All entries after September 10th and on race day will be charged $25.00.

AWARDS: The top male and female in both the adult and youth divisions will be presented awards. Other age division brackets may receive awards or certificates honoring their respective finish.

PARTICIPATION: Participation in either the 5K or 1 Mile Walk/Run is open to all ages. Runners under the age of eight (8) must be accompanied by an adult who is registered in the race.

SAFETY: For participant and spectator safety, running with pets, music head-sets, or with strollers is prohibited. Police, race marshals, and volunteers will provide road security and control intersections.
